Safe installation
In sports halls and gyms, equipment may be damaged or destroyed by flying balls. Apart from the loss of function of the equipment, parts of it can also fall down and present a risk. The DIN 18032 standard “Sports halls – Halls and rooms for sports and multi-purpose use – Principles for planning” specifies the constructional requirements for sports halls. Subsequently, all installed equipment including mounting accessories must be ball impact resistant. At Fohhn, we conduct extensive tests to ensure that our loudspeakers and their mounting accessories are ball-proof, ensuring their function and safety at all times. Our installation loudspeakers from the Arc series are officially certified for ball impact safety in combination with the corresponding mounting bracket.
