Schulhof Brunnenhof, Zurich, Schwitzerland

The Brunnenhof school building in Zurich is one of the most exciting educational and cultural projects of recent years. The listed building, formerly the traditional SRF radio studio in Zurich, has been extensively renovated and converted into a modern secondary school with an integrated music center. Today, the Brunnenhof combines historic radio studio culture with contemporary architecture and first-class sound reinforcement.

High-quality sound reinforcement ensures clear, even sound distribution and flexible usage options for school and event operations.
A powerful Fohhn system consisting of LXP-150 in combination with LS-2 is used for the sound reinforcement of the auditorium. These are supplemented by LXP-10 nearfills to ensure precise near-field coverage and optimal speech intelligibility in all seating areas.
The sports hall is equipped with AT-10 loudspeakers, which provide clear and even sound reinforcement.

In this way, the Brunnenhof's radio history finds its place in the lively everyday life of the secondary school – supported by acoustics that harmoniously connect both worlds.
