Arène de Nîmes (France)

The Arena of Nîmes, one of the most impressive sights in Roman Provence, serves today not only as a historical site, but also as a breathtaking backdrop for films and a venue for concerts. Every summer, the Arena is transformed into a vibrant meeting place with top international artists and a unique atmosphere during the Festival de Nîmes.

For several years now, the festival has been supported by a mobile application from our customer, which provides first-class sound with over 100 Fohhn loudspeakers. A new addition is an immersive version with the Gallery Processor, which takes the sound experience in the arena to a new level.

Thanks to the immersive sound reinforcement, the sound is distributed spatially and harmoniously throughout the arena. The characteristic stone walls amplify the acoustics and give the sound additional depth and clarity. This creates an impressive sound image that surrounds the audience and gives them the feeling of being right in the middle of the action.

The 360° sound production brings the sound to life and transports the audience into a fascinating, different world. Here, the sound is transformed into an intense experience that completely captivates the audience.
