The experts at Fohhn have put over 5 years of development into the software that is now available not just for customers and AV planners, but also for Fohhn project support. The entire team of developers presented the new features at the release party in the Fohhn Cafeteria in the new building complex.

"A lot has happened in the last few months," say software developers Benjamin Gutekunst and Samuel Maier. "We have optimised the performance and the user interface, developed a new material editor and, above all, implemented the auralisation option." This was also demonstrated live. In an Egyptian cathedral, the live sound was simulated and made audible at different points in the 3D model of the nave.

Management, in Jochen Schwarz and Uli Haug, are certain: the Fohhn Designer is an enormously important tool for the future of Fohhn as it delivers better simulations significantly faster than traditional software.
