AFAS Experience Center, Leusden (Netherlands)

AFAS is a Dutch software company with more than 400 employees. On an area of 44,000 square meters, the new headquarters, called "AFAS Experience Center", have been built in 2021. The area around the main building should offer a particularly diverse range of experiences. A park area to relax, places to eat, play sports, study and walk. The campus also includes a theater and several more buildings, all arranged around a central lake. An eye-catching element is the 17-meter-high hill located at the base of the theater, which can be climbed via several strikingly designed staircases. Since the various spaces had very different requirements, sound reinforcement systems had to be found that would meet all demands - they should be easy to visually integrate as well as meet the same high standards in terms of sound quality that also applied to the architecture. With various Fohhn audio systems, the right solution could be found for all areas.
