Passive 18" high performance subwoofer with vented enclosure.

The system is equipped with a high performance 18" long excursion chassis with a 4" voice coil.
The enclosure is made of multiplex birch plywood and is available with structured paint or particularly resistant polyurethan coaling and speaker cone impregnation.
The front grille is backed with acoustically transparent foam and powder coated in the same colour as the enclosure.
The subwoofer is equipped with the following fittings: one M20 thread for a distance rod, two slots for an rigging system and two catches for an optional front panel.
The system also has two fittings for an optional wheel board and two handles on each side. A transportation cover is additionally available.
The subwoofer is suitable for use in vertical, horizontal or endfired bass arrays, as well as in cardioid setups. The enclosure has two mating slots on the top and four rubber feet on the bottom for building a vertical array. 
Two recessed Speakon connectors are located on the front as well as on the back of the enclosure.
For operation, a system amplifier with the correct speaker preset is required. With these amplifiers the beam characteristics of a sub-array can also be electronically controlled in real time using a PC and free control software.
