Fohhn Optimizer is the tool to quickly achieve a clear and transparent sound for your Fohhn sound system in different acoustic environments.

Fohhn speakers are developed to perform best in most environments. Still the actual acoustics differ from room to room – depending on room size, wall materials etc. This is why Fohhn Optimizer analyses the influence of the room and compensates it.

No. With the Fohhn Optimizer, we provide you with a tool to improve your skills - as it visualises the impact of acoustics in real time. The algorithm suggests optimal EQ settings as a starting point.

No. Fohhn Optimizer works with practically any Fohhn device.

All active Fohhn devices have an internal noise generator which can be used as a signal generator for Fohhn Optimizer. The noise generator can be controlled with Fohhn Audio Soft. Of course, any other signal source can also be used, as long as it provides pink noise.

It was developed for the conference room situation, but is not limited to it exclusively. The software is very versatile and can therefore also be used for medium-sized installations or live shows. Just make sure that all amplifiers used are connected to one and the same noise generator.

Yes. We have measured various smartphones in our measurement laboratory. Our measurements show that the critical frequencies are recorded sufficiently accurately and thus a good optimisation is possible.

Yes. You can connect a measuring microphone to your smartphone or PC. This allows you to bypass the standard low pass in the smartphone, for example.

A current browser is required for Fohhn Optimizer. Fohhn Audio Soft requires a Windows PC.
