The Fohhn® AT-50 is an excellent lightweight fullrange speaker system with high power output. It was developed for high-quality sound applications that require wide-band sound transmission but that cannot incorporate an extra subwoofer system.

>Description<
Fully equipped with state-of-the-art 15”/1.4” CD neodymium speakers, the AT-50 produces outstanding sound results. The large constant-directivity horn is rotatable and available in two versions, 80° x50° or 60° x 50° (HxV). The multiply birch wood housing is reinforced with steel brackets. A total of 9x M8 and 3x M6 threaded inserts guarantee safe installation in accordance with all current regulations. A high-quality crossover with electronic high-frequency protection circuit is also integrated. Ideal in combination with subwoofer systems AS-30/ ASP-30 and AS-40/ASP-40.

In low-impedance and 100V applications, the connector panel leaves nothing to be desired. 2 Speakon sockets and an 8-way Phoenix terminal strip with accompanying connector are available. If the terminal strip is used, the complete connecting panel can be covered so that only a single cable is visible. All connections to the 100V transformer are routed via the terminal strip and the two Speakon sockets.

High-performance 2-way passive speaker

High-performance 2-way passive speaker, equipped with one 15“-neodymium-sub-mid speaker and one 1,4“- neodymium HF-driver on a 90° revolvable CD horn in time-aligned speaker arrangement. The speaker is temporary able to work under 2400 W and generates acoustic pressure of maximal 132 dB. In a wide frequency range of 40 Hz to 20 kHz, the speaker has a defined dispersion of 80° x 50° or 60° x 50° (h x v). High-tensile multiplex birch wood enclosure with rounded sides, strutted with internal metal brackets to maintain safety instructions. Durable textured finish, available in black or white. Optional available in all RAL-colours or in weatherproof polyurethane-coating with impregnated speaker membranes. For the protection of the speaker chassis and the electronics, the enclosure is equipped with a ball impact resistant, extremely sound-permeable front grille, which is made of powder-coated steel and equipped with a moisture- and dust repellent acoustic foam in enclosure colour. Nine pieces M8 and three pieces M6 thread applications in ground, back and upper side are integrated to the admission of ring studs and system brackets. The loudspeaker system is optionally available with 100V technology in different performance classes up to 360 W. Connections: 2x Neutrik NL4 Speakon and pluggable 8-pin Phoenix terminal. The connections are sunk-in and protected below a cover on the back. All contacts exist twice, to connect very easy and safe to the next speaker. Specific brackets to assemble the system on ceilings, walls and traverses are available. Simulation data CAAD for ULYSSES and EASE are available.
