The Five Service Step Stones

  • Register the service order by using the service form.

  • As soon as the service order is recorded you will receive the goods return form (together with the RMA number) by email.

  • Please add your error description and pack this return delivery note with your shipment and send it in return.

  • After receiving the goods we will issue a notice of receipt and a cost estimate which has to be authorized for repairs processing.

  • Your service/repair order will be handled (processing time is in general 14 days) after the client’s permission and will be returned after completion.


Dear Fohhn customer,
To ensure the quality of repair and extend the use of the product, we recommend your repair request to be forwarded to and handled by the qualified service department of the Fohhn Audio AG. After completion of the repair your equipment is tested with the help of modern measuring and testing methods, before we return the goods to your hands.

To improve and fasten our service, we use a RMA-system (Return Material Authorization). By this system, a product which is returned for service or repair reasons to Fohhn has to be marked and labeled with a unique number.

Before shipping your goods, please fill in the service form and mark the defective unit with its RMA number to allow us an easy identification, quick reaction time and error analysis. Especially when sending several products it is important to mark the single units with their RMA number to allow us to identify which problem they had or which working conditions led to the error. An individual service form for each service item is appreciated.
